Work closely with Corporate ERP Systems Analyst and IT, continue to improve the software of LN to get it used to China business and enhance efficiency. Provide IT service to departments.
与总部ERP主管及IT合作，持续优化改进LN软件，使之适应中国业务的处理，并提高各部门的工作效率。为公司各部门提供IT技术服务。

Role Duties and Responsibilities:

? Incident & Problem Management: work with Corporate IT to handle incidents and problems of hardware and software.
故障管理：配合总部IT处理硬件及软件故障。
? Project Support & Management: Manage and support LN/IT improvement projects that will contribute to business growth, competitive advantage or increased efficiency by working with business.
项目支持和管理：管理和支持LN及IT项目，确保适应公司业务的发展和变化，确保公司的竞争优势和效率不断提高。
? Application Supporting/Coordinating: Proactively supporting business process improvements. Supporting the user organization with their business changes by giving advice on new business processes and defining the alignment of these business processes with solutions in ERP systems, improve user participation.
程序支持和协调：积极支持业务流程优化。改进用户参与，提出ERP流程优化方案，确保用户适应业务变化。
? Change Management: Manage the local change process from initiation until implementation of a change request. Organize testing in cases where regression testing or testing of new features is required.
变更管理：变更的全过程管理，从提出需求、到测试、到完成。
? Knowledge Management & User Training: Delivery necessary training to Key User and End User; Make and update operation manuals.
知识管理和用户培训：关键用户和最终用户培训；操作手册编写。
? Other ad hoc tasks.

Person specifications:
招聘要求
? Bachelor Degree in IT or related fields
本科及以上学历，IT类相关专业
? 3 years’ experience of ERP mainte***ce
三年及以上ERP软件维护工作经验
? Proven skills in trouble shooting
较好的问题解决能力
? Proven records of report development and MRP improvement
报告开发经验、MRP优化经验
? CPIM qualification from APICS (or an equivalent qualification) is preferred
通过CPIM认证（或类似认证）者优先
? Solid experience of developing and improving existing business processes to maximize the standard features available in ERP
业务流程改进及标准化的ERP项目经验
? Experience in a manufacturing e***ironment and in supporting production, planning, procurement and warehousing modules
制造业经历，及支持生产、计划、采购和仓库模块的经历
? Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline
能在较紧日程下工作并承受一定压力。
? Have good communication skills – oral & written English
