职位描述：
The position will report to Financial Controller Asia, Graphite Specialties Business Unit. The role will need to provide leadership on the controllership and compliance on finance of 3 companies located in China to ensure accurate reporting and in compliance with IFRS GAAP, local statutory requirements and operations in compliance with local tax regulations and practices.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
? Review monthly reporting packages, reports and analysis to make sure of the accuracy and on-time delivery;
? On top of site teams’ work, review standard cost update and cost module update if necessary according to the business evolution;
? Manage significant accounting operations / tax / treasury / internal and external audit matters;
? Responsible for the management of working capital optimization;
? Responsible for Budget and Forecasts, provide analytical advice and coordinating functional department managers to support performance delivery;
? Identify procedural or control weaknesses / inefficiency / opportunities to achieve efficiency savings;
? To develop effective working relationship, sharing best practices and be a business partner with business partners in BU;
? Other tasks or duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
? Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting. CPA qualified or working experience in big 4 will be an advantage.
? At least 5 years’ experience in multi-national manufacturing company and 3 years’ experience on similar role.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
? Accounting/Finance/Audit experience gained from MNCs, manufacturing experience a plus. Good knowledge of PRC accounting principles, IFRS GAAP and local Chinese tax;
? Ability to plan, organize and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
? Strong integrity and leadership skills;
? Must be a team player and have ability to work with others;
? Strong responsible attitude, able to follow deadline and result orientated;
? Solid track record in implementing sizable and cross function projects;
? Problem solving skill, self-motivated;
? Pro-activity
? Good communication, analytical, presentation and reporting skills (verbal and documentation);
? Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua);
? Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
