一.仓库文员具备条件：

1.高中以上学历，工作责任心强,有敏锐的数字观念.

2.年龄于18---35岁以下，有一年以上工作经验.

3.服从直属领导在工作上的安排，并执行与完成领导所指示的工作内容.

4.在工作中积极，进取、上进，不断提高对公司业务知识的学习并实施到实际的工作中.

5.有一定的英语基础，能够看英文的操作界面。

6.能熟悉办公软件，对财务帐目有一定的了解与认识并能及时处理日常帐目与报表.

7.能熟悉了解并执行7S管理的基本内容.

8.为人正直.

9.电脑使用速度快,做事有效率,工作完成及时.

二.仓库文员岗位职责细则:

1.每日及时做好物料出入库电脑帐.

2.办理各类文件及单据的收发、登记、阅签、清退、整理、归档、保密工作.

3. 按时完成公司要求的各种表单并发送到位.

4.受理投诉、接待、收发传真、接听电话等工作.

5.不定时对仓库帐物卡证进行抽查核对.及时将不符情况汇报并更正.

6.纠正不规范单据,提醒并指导相关人员按指定的程序签单作业.

7.为相关人员提供数据信息和仓库信息以便相关人员作业.

8.配合财务等稽查人员核对帐目,提供帐物卡证并做指引.

9.认真贯彻执行仓库作业管控程序和各项规章制度.
