职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
The position will work w/ ENG/MT/MFG to deal with the incoming material failure to provide the quality & timely material to meet Shera production requirement
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
1. Conduct incoming material failure investigation and transaction decision.
2. Conduct production line material issue complaint and solution.
3. Lead MRB meeting, come out the short term action to meet Shera production requirement.
4. Participate the stock material transaction and solution.
5. Component SIP marking.
6. Approval sheet and samples management.
7. Push ENG to improve the drawing and approval sheet.
8. IQC equipment management and maintain.
9. Quality data preparation and SPC analysis to come out the material quality index report maintain and keep improving KPI w/ the good performance.
10. To be willing to accept the job assignment by supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: College degree in engineering (Mechanics is preferred)
Experience:
At least 3 years working experience in EMS or correlative foreign electronic company
Skills & Abilities:
- Good English skill both speaking and writing, to be able to lead the quality meeting and communicate with customer independently
- Strong background/ know-how in plastic/ electronic component quality control
- To be familiar with quality management system and quality tool (ISO9001, IPC-A-610, FMEA, DOE, CPK, QC 7 tools
- To be able to make up the inspection standard of mechanical/ electronic component, expert of CAD PROE software tool is preferred
- To be familiar w/ the equipment of 3-D, LCR, Electron oscillograph, caliper?
- Good communication skill and problem solving skill in difficult and complex environment
- Honest, proactive, responsibility and result oriented
- Willing to travel frequently
