使命

实现和报道质量计划的目标，保证质量计划的执行符合综合管理系统的要求。

主要职责

1. 质量计划：与经理一起为每个产品制定质量计划，并制定指导方针和确定工具来检验质量计划流程。分析不同控制方式、检验和核查的结果。每年更新校准工具和仪器校正计划。
2. 审批：执行必要的任务，对生产流程和产品进行审批。和供应商质量保证团队合作制定供应商审批流程。
3. 过程质量：在奥可利昆山或客户办公地点监控并分析质量问题，检查并审核生产过程。填写相应的文件。
4. 持续改进：提出质量部改良意见和应做的改变以增加效率，减少成本。
5. 客户质量： 管理产品退货情况，密切关注客户使用产品的情况并加以报道。提出必要的措施以将产品退货量降到最低，检查退货的实用效果。
6. 委员会：积极参加质量改进会议和/或以解决问题为目的的会议，以及在必要时参加任何委员会。

MISSION FOR THE POSITION

Implementing and reporting the objectives of the Quality Plan, ensuring and guaranteeing that its implementation meets the requirements of the Comprehensive Management System

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

1. Quality Plan:Working together with their managers to define the Quality Plan for each product and the guidelines and tools for verifying and checking the Quality Plan processes.Analysing the results of the different controls, tests and verifications.Updating the annual tool calibration and calibration equipment plan.
2. Approval:Performing the necessary tasks to approve the production processes and products.Working together with the SQA team on supplier approval processes.
3. Process quality:Monitoring and analysing quality problems, inspecting and auditing production processes, either in OrkliKunshan or at the client’s premises, and filing the documents generated.
4. Continuous improvement:Proposing improvements and changes in the quality department to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Customer quality: Managing the return of the product, monitoring it with the client and reporting it.Proposing the necessary measures to minimise returns, verifying their effectiveness.
6. Committees:Actively participating in improvement meetings and/or meetings to resolve problems, and in any Committees deemed necessary.
