职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
1) Customs clearance and process management
a) Import Documents Preparation and goods tracking
c) Customs broker management and Forwarders Management.
d) Maintain relationship with customs and ensure all imported products are compliance with local law & regulation
e) Manage and update importation process
f) Drive smooth cooperation/process with Customs

2) System Operation and Reports
a) Maintain MK Denial system
b) Customs clearance progress tracking and provide visibility to cross function
c) Other tasks as assigned

3) Cost control and Process Improvement
a) KPI measurement with vendors
b) Logistics cost capture and assist manager on budget allocation
c) Cost analysis and assist manager on cost saving project
d) Improve total inbound lead time and cost efficiency
e) Creating freight payment documents to finance
f) Assisting manager to ensure all logistics activities compliance with TCC (trade compliance)


Qualifications
1) University degree or above, logistics, transportation management, international trade management or related education background, Excellent English capacity is a must
2) 5 years or above of work experience in logistics operations and customs declaration
3) Familiar with operational procedures and related logistics freight forwarding standards, with transport and logistics.
4) To understand the operation of customs, commodity inspection, the harmonization of customs, and commodity inspection, etc.,
5) Strong communication and problems solving skills;
6) Being meticulous and Pressure working spirits;
