Job description:
1. Responsible for the sub-supplier quality control and inspection.
供应商产品质量检验与控制
2. Inspection work （incoming inspection/ongoing inspection/final inspection）
TM公司车间质量检验（来料检验、过程检验与成品检验）
3. Prepare the project quality document (inspection record/NCR/certificate)
准备项目质量文件(检验记录、NCR、质量证书等)
4负责公司（TM 中国）质量体系的维护与审核工作；
Responsible the maintenance and audit of company（TM中国） quality system（ISO9001）
QHSE (About 30%)
1.负责公司（TM中国）QHSE管理体系的建立、运行与维护，组建安全委员会和安全小组，并进行相关的QHSE培训；
Responsible for the QHSE （TM China）management system establishment, operation and maintenance; establish the safety committee and the security team; arrange and give related EHS training;
2.按照国家安全法规以及职业健康与安全体系的相关要求逐步制定安全预案并实施；
Set up and develop company’s security contingency plan and implementation in steps, according to the national security laws and regulations and the relevant requirement of occupational health and safety system;
3.对与安全生产运行有重要关联的施工、维修、用火、危化品管理等进行安全监督和检查；
Conduct the safety supervision and inspection for the safety related construction and maintenance, fire, hazardous chemical substance management;
4.负责管理特种作业设备，特种设备上岗资质和劳动防护用品管理；
Responsible for the management of special equipment, special work license and articles for labor protection;
5.进行安全检查，查找安全隐患，做好安全检查记录，定期制作安全生产分析报告，提出改进措施，确保措施有效执行；
Conduct security checks, find potential safety hazard, and write the safety inspection records; make production safety analysis on a regular basis, propose the improvement measures and to ensure effective implementation;
6.负责QHSE方面突发事件及事故的调查、处理和事故报告编写；
Responsible for EHS incident and accident investigation, treatment and writing accident report;
7.负责公司对安监局、消防局、环保局等安全环境相关单位的联络与关系维护；
Maintain the relationship with the safety bureau, fire station, environmental protection bureau and other relevant units;
8负责处理客户方面有关EHS的要求（包括TM上海与TM昆山的客户）；
Handle the EHS request from customer (Include all the customer of TM Shanghai and TM kunshan)
9.完成上级临时分配的其它工作。
Completes other jobs assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Qualification:
1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering or related disciplines.
机械或者相关专业，大专以上学历
2. 5 years of working experience in manufacturing or inspection of general equipment. 5年以上检验工作经验
3. Sound manufacturing knowledge in any of pressure vessels/structure steel/piping and fittings.
?熟练掌握压力容器、钢结构、管道、管件等任一制造专业知识；
4．Certified Safety Professional in China is a plus.持有安全相关证书优先；
