职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Responsible for checking tool maker job 负责冲压模具维修技术员的工作的跟踪及检查督促
2. Make all necessary 2D and 3D drawing. 绘制冲压区域所需的2D和3D 图纸
3. Solve the problems which technician can not solve of stamping production可以通过调整模具解决冲压生产中出现的技术员解决不了的问题
4. Make the stamping tool process documents编制冲压模具工艺技术文件
5. Make the stamping tool spare parts List and Maintenance list 制定冲压模具保养内容及备件的订购管理
6. Performing optimization work (OEE, quality target)with stamping Head 执行冲压主管安排的与本职工作相关的辅助性工作
7. Ensures a safe clean working environment确保一个安全清洁的工作环境即5s
8. Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规
9. Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题
10. Ensure lot traceability tracking is conducted. 确保可追溯性的实施
11. Continual improvement and Cost Reduction. 持续改善和降低成本

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. More than 5 years of experience in stamping area. 5年以上的冲压工作经验，能熟练地对冲压模具进行调整
2. Be familiar with AUTO CAD and 3D software熟练使用CAD 及3D 绘图软件
3. Be familiar with high-precision stamping tool熟悉高精度的连续冲压模具
4. Responsibility, detail , Best Execution有责任感，细心有耐性、执行力佳
5. Basic English基本的英语沟通能力
6. More than high school Degree with health body 全日制大专以上学历，身心健康
7. Chinese fluent中文流利
8. Be able to operate the automatic press and use the measuring tools具备操作使用工具显微镜及质量测量工具能力
9. Get the knowledge about stamping tool structure具备冲压模具结构的知识并能解决冲压模具生产中的问题
