职位描述：
Responsibilities：
- Concentrate on continuous improvement to ensure supplier quality control;
- Involved with supplier assessment and qualification process;
- Record issues and assess supplier quality performance
- Helping suppliers resolve problems with 8D tools, and ensure preventive and corrective actions are identified and implemented.
- Manage the quality documentations and implement together with suppliers in their process;
- Review and management of supplier changes;
- Organizing and perform inspection and tests at suppliers facility;
- Periodic perform on site process audit to ensure supplier capabilities meet our expectations.

Requirements：
- More than 3 years in supplier quality/development and quality control, preferably working with multinational organizations
- Bachelor degree or higher in engineering discipline. Automation or electrification (preferred)
- Able to work with suppliers to quickly and effectively to solve problems
- Understands quality systems: root cause analysis, and preventive QE techniques (FMEA, Control Plans, flow diagrams, PPAP, 8D, SPC, and, GD&T)
- Good understanding of new product development process.
- Good problem solving, communication, presentation, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent language skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal) 举报 分享
