职位描述：
Job Requirements:
1.Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 and more than 3 years in Quality Assurance;
2.Good experience in customer quality management, such as FX , Compal ,huawei …
3.Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written, interpersonal communication skills and basic PC skills;
4.Engineering Technologist Diploma Degree or above;
5.Good experience in electronics manufacturing industry. Familiar with QCP /PFMEA / CTQ process.
6. Can understanding basic mechanical drawing
7.Familiar with basic statistic tools such as SPC /MSA / minitab ....
8. Prefer to the candidate with know-how of process from Molding / plating / FPC / stamping / cable assembly / soldering / spraying painting / SMT etc
Main Responsibility:
1.Maintain and perfect the customer quality document(QCP ect.)
2.To conduct and implement internal audit, customer audit, customer visit;
3.Work with customer and internal team to do with customer complaint;
4.To lead and handle the implementation of continuous improvement;
5.Coordinate other departments to keep process stable
6.Coordinate with SQE to handle raw material issue
7.Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.

工作要求：
1、熟悉ISO9001或TS16949，3年以上质量保证工作经验；
2、良好的客户质量管理经验，如外汇，仁宝，华为…
3、优秀的中英文口头和书面表达能力，人际沟通能力和基本的电脑技能；
4、工程技术专业大专以上学历；
5、电子制造行业经验。熟悉质量控制计划/ PFMEA /需求过程。
6。能理解基本的机械制图
7、熟悉基本的统计工具，如SPC、MSA、Minitab的…
8。熟悉注塑/电镀/ FPC /冲压/电缆组装/焊接/喷涂/ SMT等方面的知识
主要职责：
1，维护和完善客户质量文件（质量控制计划等。）
2、进行内部审核，客户审核，客户拜访；
3、与客户和内部团队一起处理客户投诉；
4、领导和处理持续改进的实施；
5、协调其他部门保持流程稳定
6，协助SQE处理原材料问题
