1. 提供IT技术支持,解决相关部门软硬件问题,办公设备问题以及网络连接问题等
2. 善于排除电脑故障,熟悉相关电脑系统
3. 通过电话或者远程控制来协助用户排除故障以及现场支持
4. 计算机系统必要的的维护和升级
5. 从专业的角度向用户提出建议
1. Provide helpdesk service for users, support them for daily issues like hardware and software issues, office equipments issues, and network connectivity issues.
2. Supports and troubleshoots problems related with Widows operation system and software
3. Troubleshooting user’s problem over the phone and with remote control technologies as well as on-site support;
4. Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems if needed
5. Make appropriate action and advise useful recommendations to the end users
岗位要求:
1.1~2年的IT协助支持经验
2.熟悉Windows 2008和2012服务器,Office2007/2010,Windows 10/WIN7
3.具备LAN/WAN维护的知识和经验,
4.英文熟练者佳;
5.优秀的人际沟通技巧
6.有良好的服务意识和服务态度
1. 1~2 years of IT help desk support experience
2. Good knowledge and experience with Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, Office2007/2010, Windows XP/Win7
3. Good knowledge and experience with LAN/WAN maintenance
4. Good English and Mandarin speaking and writing skills
5. Well developed interpersonal, communication skills
6. Having service mind and client service attitude
