职位描述：
1. Quality work planning
Daily monitoring the status of WIP and finish product by SAP, work with sales, production on schedule of quality operations, arrange operator’s daily work accordingly, and confirm the delivery date to sales.
2 . Work instructions
Understand the process, make work instructions to standardize the process, and train operators, approve the new process.
3. Problem solving
Daily review the non-conformance products and work with operators to find solutions for in process quality problem, and take preventive actions.
4. Data review, maintenance and documents preparation
Review process data, maintain in quality database, prepare product certification documents for external audit from 3rd parties.
5. Gage management
Purchasing new gages for production, recall the broken gages, arrange repair. Check the gages periodically, confirm the gage all with the calibration date.
6. Others.
Other work arranged by quality manager

Requirements:
Education 教育:
College degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Job Related Experience 工作经验:
1. Quality control experience in CNC machining or orther mechanical industries, especially be able to use all kinds of common inspection gages
2. Over 2-3 years of team leader experience in quality control area
3. Hand on experience in SAP.
4. Good command of CMM operation and program is a plus

Specific Knowledge and Certificate/License 所需专业知识、证书或许可:
1. Be able to read and understand of English drawing
2. Good communicate capability both in verbal and written English.
3. Teamwork cooperation

KSPG (China) Investment Co., Ltd. is the regional headquarters of Rheinmetall Automotive in China set up at Shanghai Hongqiao CBD (Commercial Business District) in 2015, acknowledged by Shanghai government as Multinational Enterprise Headquarters, and manages all the Rheinmetall Automotive subsidiaries in China, including JVs and WOEFs.

Rheinmetall Automotive numbers among the world’s biggest auto parts suppliers with three premium brands Kolbenschmidt, Pierbur and Motorservice. The core competencies of the Rheinmetall Group’s Automotive division include reduction of pollution and fuel consumption; downsizing and friction minimization; as well as thermo-management and electro-mobility. Its product range encompasses exhaust gas recirculation and secondary air systems, actuators, solenoid valves and pumps, pistons, engine blocks, structural components made of aluminum, and plain bearings. Furthermore, the company supplies electric drives for vehicles, aluminum housings for batteries and electric motors, as well as electrically powered pumps. Today Rheinmetall Automotive's products can be found in passenger cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles, all-terrain vehicles and large engines, e.g. for maritime applications. We are focusing greatly in the business development in China, as China is already the second biggest market for Rheinmetall Automotive worldwide. Rheinmetall Automotive set up its first joint venture (Kolbenschmidt Huayu Piston Co., Ltd.) in 1997 with HASCO, subsidiaries of SAIC. In 2001, Rheinmetall Automotive set up another joint Venture with HASCO (HASCO KSPG Nonferrous Components(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.). Now, there are eleven companies in China, four WOFEs and seven JVs in 19 locations, such as Shanghai, Kunshan, Yantai, Wuhan, Nanjing and Chongqing.
