任职要求：
1.大学专科或以上学历，欢迎应届生到岗实习；
2.流利的英语听说读写能力，具有良好的和外教沟通协调的能力；
3.富有亲和力、爱心、责任心，通晓少儿心理；善于调动儿童学习积极性；
4.能吃苦耐劳，具有敬业精神及团队合作精神和组织协调能力；
5.热爱教育事业，接受学校各项规章制度和考核；
