职位描述：
1. Work planning& work instruction
Arrange quality operators’ daily inspection work schedule according to production plan, make work instructions for measuring devices and measuring disciplines and give trainings.
2 . CMM programing and training
Prepare, maintain, and optimize CMM program and provide training to quality operator
3. New products and new projects
Develop measuring method and devices for new project and new product, make inspection plan in quality database and maintain database.
4. Data review, maintenance and documents preparation
Daily review inspection data, evaluate data, maintain in quality database, and prepare documents for external audit from 3rd parties.
5. Inspection equipment maintenance
Provide support in maintenance to the hardware and software of the measurement equipment to ensure the accuracy of equipment, and make backup plan for measuring in case it is needed.
6. Problem solving
Actively take part in measurement problems and product quality failure analysis, and take preventive actions.
7. Others.
Technical support on other measuring issues

Education 教育:
College degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

工作经验:
1. Over 3 years CMM operation and programing (Zeiss or Hexagon preferred)
2. Capable to use other inspection gauges and equipments, for example Mahr contourgraph check machine, roughness tester, etc.
3. Hand on experience in FA samples inspections
4. Gage calibration knowledge is a plus.

Specific Knowledge and Certificate/License 所需专业知识、证书或许可:
1. Know well GD&T, be able to read and understand English drawings
2. Good communicate skill both in verbal and written English.
3. received Zeiss or Hexagon trainings for CMM

KSPG (China) Investment Co., Ltd. is the regional headquarters of Rheinmetall Automotive in China set up at Shanghai Hongqiao CBD (Commercial Business District) in 2015, acknowledged by Shanghai government as Multinational Enterprise Headquarters, and manages all the Rheinmetall Automotive subsidiaries in China, including JVs and WOEFs.

Rheinmetall Automotive numbers among the world’s biggest auto parts suppliers with three premium brands Kolbenschmidt, Pierbur and Motorservice. The core competencies of the Rheinmetall Group’s Automotive division include reduction of pollution and fuel consumption; downsizing and friction minimization; as well as thermo-management and electro-mobility. Its product range encompasses exhaust gas recirculation and secondary air systems, actuators, solenoid valves and pumps, pistons, engine blocks, structural components made of aluminum, and plain bearings. Furthermore, the company supplies electric drives for vehicles, aluminum housings for batteries and electric motors, as well as electrically powered pumps. Today Rheinmetall Automotive's products can be found in passenger cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles, all-terrain vehicles and large engines, e.g. for maritime applications. In 2001, Rheinmetall Automotive set up another joint Venture with HASCO (HASCO KSPG Nonferrous Components(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.).
