1. Task/Responsibility: Tightness work Time Exposure in %: 45
Short Description:
1. Lead tightness Virtual check to simulate project concept design phase.
2. DVP – Defining complete vehicle/Body tightness test plan and test parts.
3. Implement tightness test following test standard (Airleakage test/Water fording test/Water chamber test/Washability test/Dust test).
4. Responsible for test reports as deliverable to customer.
5. Responsible for QPF/IRS tracking tightness issue solutions.
2. Task/Responsibility: Corrosion work Time Exposure in %: 45
Short Description:
1. Defining corrosion strategy for complete vehicle, including Body/Assembly parts.
2. Defining VTS corrosion targets.
3. Defining SSTS and component system corrosion targets.
4. Implement corrosion durability test, including road test/tear down/cutting up and assessment.
5. Responsible for test reports as deliverable to customer.
6. Responsible for QPF/IRS tracking tightness issue solutions.
3. Task/Responsibility: Department work Time Exposure in %: 10
Short Description:
1. Lead tightness & corrosion engineer to update guidelines based on project lessons learnt.
2. Training engineer to improve knowledge of suitable project requirements.
