Position Overview:
To support DKU Undergraduate Program growth and development of DKU phase 2 IT infrastructure construction requirements. The IT Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with DKU overall IT strategy, commitments and goals. This candidate must have the ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup, as well as, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Essential Duties:
The position is responsible for managing multi-projects to achieve project objectives and satisfied all stakeholders' expectations.
Experience working with project sponsors to define project objectives, scope, schedule and budget.
Responsible for solving complex IT issues and communicate effectively to peers including technical person as well as management.
This individual will play a vital role to improve overall project management maturity by setting objectives, engaging stakeholders, tracking progress, leading team and driving project goal.
The position will actively contribute to IT team's project initiatives by managing scope and driving changes under project management principles and frameworks.
Optimize the availability of IT infrastructure, systems, and services to meet the commitments we made to our faculty, students, and staff in a cost-effective manner.
Ensure that services and components are designed and delivered to meet their availability targets.
Provide a holistic view of the customer’s environment and make recommendations to improve overall service.
Other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of experience in managing large, complex, global IT projects/programs, PMP certificate or PRINCE 2 Practitioner certificate is preferred.
Experience to lead and drive large IT infrastructure projects to end-to-end project life cycle and have experience working as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience with compiling, managing and maintaining key documentation of all project related artifacts.
Candidates must have experience in managing multiple full-lifecycle engagements, with demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.
Strong ability to proactively manage risks, issues, and costs for each assigned initiative.
Superior verbal and written communication skills is required, as is the ability to gather and analyze user requirements, facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, develop and lead full scale project plans while providing direction and support to project team.
Have a desire and capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies. This person can also lead and influence through teamwork and collaboration.
Communicates in both Mandarin and English (both written and oral) is a must. 举报 分享
