Job descriptions:
1.Support SMT line set-up and changeovers.
2.Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly and reactive maintenance of SMT machines (AOI included).
3.Responsible to prepare/update related programs for p&p machines, determine the setting values for printer machines and thermal oven profile.
4.Escalate quality/production issues to Engineering Manager and SMT supervisor.
Requirements:
1.Intermediate educational certificate
2.Previous experience as SMT technician for at least 3 years in electronic company (multinational preferred but not mandatory) in an ISO 9000/ISO14000 approved environment.
3.Proven knowledge of SMT process from a technical point of view is mandatory.
4.Knowledge of DEK machines, Yamaha and Fuji p&p machines, Vitronics ovens is mandatory.
5.Knowledge of AOI machine is preferred but not mandatory.
6.Good knowledge of spoken and written Englishis preferred but not mandatory.
7.Knowledge of IPC standards; ESD concepts.
