职位描述：
工作内容/ Job Contents：
1. Be responsible for all IT clients service , Initiates and implements improvements in the client area
2. Admin and maintain the IT infrastructure and Monitor Company’s wan/Lan
3. Implements the network security and data integrity with effective method.
4. Manage windows server , network system , system backup, data/email archiving, disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary globally
5. Training to new staff regarding use of applications and IT regulations
6. Effectively communicates and report relevant IT Hard issues to IT upper level and Corporate IT
7. Comply with the standard policies and procedures, Ensure that IT policy and change control process is well implemented
8. Be capable of working closely with Corporate team on projects and tasks
9. Manage and complete timely all tickets in the helpdesk at the regional level and upper to second/Third level for necessary.
10. Complete other tasks that IT leader deploy, Participate into global projects
11. Ensure All IT assets are maintained responsibly.
资历 / Qualification Requirements:
1. University or college degree in IT or related equivalent work experience and a minimum of 3-5 year's experience on system management and desktop support
2. The experiences worked for international company with English environment
3. Hands on experience on daily pc troubleshooting, particularly strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
4. Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English
6. Demonstrated ability to develop IT solutions and make technical recommendations independently
7. Expert in the Microsoft Windows Server , Active Directory, Exchange server, SQL Server, Lync,MS office.Up-to-date MCSE certification strongly preferred.
8. Familiar with the network and CCNA or equivalent network administration certificate strongly preferred.
9. Strong maintenance skills on the hardware products with Dell R series server, ,APC ups
10. Experience in Server virtulization , Terminal service, Citrix configuration
