Responsible for material planning to meet production requirement and inventory control.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Formulate annual material inventory plan and lead implementation according to company strategy, and ensure the completion of the factory’s annual plan.
Analyze, plan, initiate, and implement all applicable Materials-related efforts to ensure on-time delivery.
Proactively identify bottlenecks or areas that would delay material movement.
Controlling inventory and quota of raw material.
Be responsible for the implementation of material management self assessment
According to the company's business strategy, ensure the adequacy and efficiency of the allocation of human resources in material planning team.
Reduce transportation cost and storage cost by setting reasonable purchasing lot size and arrangement of transportation batch.
To implement other tasks assigned and support other necessary project in own department.

? 确保系统信息的正确性并根据需要进行调整。
? 通过合理的采购量和运输批次降低原材料的运输成本和仓储成本。
? 完成其它被分配的任务以及支持部门内其它必要的项目。
QUALIFICATION & SPECIFICATIONS:
Essential Skills
Education and Experience
? Bachelor degree or above
? Over 5 years’ experience of material planning, Professional knowledge and skills.
? Preferably in mechanical industry, company produce customized product.
? Familiar with MRP/ERP.
? Good management and coordination skills to lead the team for daily work and provide support and direction if necessary.
? Good verbal and written English
? Be skillful with office software.
? Well organized, good teamwork player.

? Service minded, able to interact with customers in a professional manner
? Ability to work with other departments of the company, both local and overseas
