职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Develop autonomous vision system development requirements based on the company's products, develop graphical image processing for automated solutions, develop Labview vision-related algorithms, and prepare applications；
根据公司的产品进行自主视觉系统开发需求，制定自动化方案的图形图像处理、Labview视觉相关算法的研发以及应用程序的编写；
2. Participate in machine vision design and application of products, including product defect detection, character recognition, image recognition, AOI and so on；
参与产品的机器视觉设计与应用，包括产品缺陷检测，字符识别，图像识别，AOI等等；
3. Responsible for the selection of vision related products according to the project requirements of the company；
根据公司的项目需求负责视觉相关产品的选型；
4. Specific development and implementation, validation and upgrading of project programs；
项目方案的具体开发与实施，验证和升级；
5. Solve the shortcomings and problems of manual identification on production lines；
解决产线上人工识别的弊端和问题；
6. assist the equipment personnel in resolving other anomalies of the equipment；
协助设备人员解决设备其他异常问题；
7. Responsible for the preparation of relevant vision technical documentation；
负责相关视觉技术文档的编写；
8. overall testing, fault location and analysis and documentation；
整体测试、故障定位和分析及文档发布；
9. other work to complete the departmental arrangements；
完成部门安排的其它工作事宜；
10. Have teamwork awareness, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure；
有团队协作意识，责任心强，能够承担工作压力；


Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. Familiar with the basic principles of various algorithms for image processing, more than 5 years experience in vision project development
熟悉关于图像处理各种算法的基本原理,5年以上视觉项目开发经验；
2. Familiar with Labview vision programming language and related image algorithm, 5 years Labview programming experience
熟练并精通Labview视觉的编程语言和相关的图像算法，5年以上Labview的编程经验；
3. Familiar with all kinds of cameras, light sources, lens lights CCD commonly used accessories selection and use
熟悉各类相机、光源、镜头灯CCD常用配件的选型及使用；
4. Ability to independently develop and implement programs based on product testing requirements in the plant
能根据厂内的产品检测需求，独立开发及实施方案；
5. College degree or above
大学本科以上学历；
6. English language at a working language level is a must (written and spoken)
