职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1、 Responsible for press and fixture maintenance job 负责压机操作和夹具的基本的保养并可进行简单故障的排除
2、 Fast to finish the adjustment of the tool after the tool installation 负责将冲压模具安装到压机中并迅速调试好模具保证进行正常的生产
3、 Solve the normal problems of stamping parts可以通过调整模具解决一些基本的冲压件出现的问题
4、 Fill in the production forms and clean stamping scraps on time 填写与生产相关的表单及在完成生产后及时清理冲压废料
5、 Performing optimization work (OEE, quality target)with stamping engineer 执行冲压工程师安排的与本职工作相关的辅助性工作
6、 Shift work according to company production plan 根据生产计划进行轮班工作
7、 Ensures a safe clean working environment确保一个安全清洁的工作环境即5s
8、 Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规
9、 Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题


Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1、 More than 2 years of experience as a setter. 两年以上独立操作冲压机经验，能熟练地对冲压模具进行调整
2、 Graduation student whose major is machanical related is also preferred. 应届毕业生机械类相关专业着也可优先考虑
3、 Responsibility, detail , Best Execution有责任感，细心有耐性、执行力佳
