1.了解并掌握所有产品及新品的品质要求及检验标准；
2.合理分配每日固定工作与其他临时交待工作；
3.做好每日生产产品的日常检查工作；
4.对使用的相关测量工具进行日常保养及维护，确保可以正常使用；
5.生产过程发现不合格品及时的处理，无法处理及判定时向直接领导汇报；
6.每日检验记录表的归档；
7.按时完成检验任务，防止漏检、少检和错检，确保生产顺利进行；
8.监视和检查有关的质量问题，对异常部件或原料，执行规定的部署和处置；
9.跟踪批次生产过程，并确保操作工人遵循生产工艺；
10.有权制止不合格品的交付和使用；
11.执行检验状态标识的规定，防止不同状态的物资、产品混淆；
12.完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、中专以上学历，机械类专业；
2、2年以上质检工作经验，熟悉机加工产品的加工或检验的优先考虑；
3、能熟练使用各种量检具（如：游标卡尺、千分尺、螺纹塞规、角度尺等）；
4、有责任心，工作主动，具备团队合作能力和精神；
5、具有良好的分析能力，并且能够将这种能力运用到工作中；
6、掌握office办公软件的应用；
7、懂GD&T；
