Objective of the position

Reports to IT Manager, responsible for, but not limited to:
Day to day maintenance, documentation, troubleshooting and monitoring of information systems.Providing Help Desk support to all end users.Handling problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up, referring complex problems to outside consultants or technical staff at PCI Corporate IT.Installing, documenting, inventorying, maintaining and troubleshooting all information technology assets.

Education

Experience (type)

One to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specific knowledge

One to two years’ computer network training and PC problem solving.

Other requirements

Good written and oral communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Demonstrating flexibility in adjusting to variable workload and job duties. 举报 分享

印刷电路国际(Printed Circuits International, PCI)于1972年创建于加利福尼亚洲圣克拉拉。1972年，她首次将印刷电路板设备安置在东南亚的新加坡。1975年，PCI在东南亚建立了液晶显示器生产线。1978年，扩展成为原设备制造(OEM)的合约制造商。

2015年，PCI在中国昆山开发区章基路建立了工厂，成立了昆山市必兴电子有限公司。
今天，以新加坡为基地的PCI是集制造、服务为一体的综合性合约制造商。为印刷电路板组装，液晶显示模组以及整机产品提供制造方面的解决方案。
