1. 通过质量审核支持供应商选点；
2. 控制项目所有阶段供应商的APQP计划直到连续生产成熟阶段；
3. 组织评审供应商个阶段产品和过程的输出，如手工样件，OTS样件；
4. 评审供应商的产品和过程，完成供应商PPAP的认可；
5. 定期汇报供应商项目情况，确保不良趋势及时汇报以采取矫正措施，负责供应商的持续改进；
6. 必要时对潜在和已存在供应商进行过程阶段审核，跟踪供应商的整改措施直至关闭；
7. 在产品开发和批量生产阶段给予供应商质量问题支持；
8. 上级交办的其他工作。
职位要求
1. 汽车行业3年以上相关的供应商管理经验；
2. 熟悉铝压铸产品，熟悉ISO/TS16949的质量体系要求，QS五大手册，VDA6.3或FORMEL Q等汽车行业管理标准；
3. 熟练掌握汽车行业项目开发流程，有丰富的PPAP及过程审核经验；
4. 较强的处理问题能力并能指导供应商做质量改进；
5. 原则性和抗压性高，具有良好的团队合作精神；
