？ Reception of visitors and answering calls, the company express, letter, parcel delivery office
来访人员的接待和来电接听，公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作

？ Company car & rented vans’ arrangement
公司车辆以及租用车辆的安排事宜

？ Ensure that all meeting/conference rooms are kept clean and neat and they are appropriately stocked with stationeries
确保所有会议室整洁并备有文具

？ Reception of office facilities purchasing, keep environment cleaning, work permit for foreign workers, book hotel ticket etc.
负责办公用品设备的采购及管理、环境的清洁监督，外籍人员的许可证，预订酒店机票等等；

？ Perform any other related duties when required by the superior.
上级安排的其他事务工作。

任职要求：
1, 大专学历，优秀本届毕业生亦可；

2 服务意识好，熟悉办公软件的操作；

3 普通话标准声音甜美；

4 良好的沟通能力
