职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Responsible for new program APQP activities with Program manager;
2. Assist in supplier assessment and responsible for supplier PPAP approval;
3. To make sure all customers’ quality acceptance criteria are identified and established;
4. To make sure all customers’ quality control items are identified and implemented in production;
5. Control the purchasing part’s quality, control raw material quality, incoming inspection with required measurements;
6. To drive corrective action and continuous improvement based on quality data and provide the suggestion, reduce the nonconformance ratio;
7. TS16949 quality management KPIs and Quality Performance regular review with team TS16949;
8. Confirms to TS16949/ISO14001 standards and performs the duties of the TS16949/ISO14001 Management;
9. Work close together with production and logistic department;
10. Conduct employee performance reviews for department personnel minimum annually;
11. Submits training needs to HR as determined from departmental needs and employee evaluations;
12. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
13. Experience with SGM and Ford quality requirements will be preferred
14. Experience with CMM measuring system and MIG welding inspection will be preferred

Key Internal Relationships: All staff functions

Key External Relationships: All customers, suppliers and TS Auditors

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical/engineering area;
2. Good experiences in problem solving and quality management,
3. Independent and good communication skill, team work player;
4. Understand the property of polymeric material and test method;
5. Experiences in DIN ISO9001/TS16949 certified company;
6. Familiar with quality tools eg.SPC, Cpk, MSA…
7. Experiences in Mig welding is a priority;
8. Experience in multi-national company, more than 5 years experiences in quality function as quality control engineers/supervisor, at least 3 years experiences in quality manager;
