职位描述：
1 Manage, monitor and analyze key tasks, activities and costs through the multiple phase of the electrical components
2 Support GRADE review, communicate the issue raised on the meeting for both customer and supplier and report to program team
3 Regular review & monitor electrical components develop progress with correct resources as required
4 Perform Trial debug, root cause analysis and solution decision of electrical components
5 Contact with customer directly and coordinate the overall electrical components activities responsible for internal project transfer
6 EE develop function build and system doc setup, EE spec database setup and implement regular review monthly
7 Maintain the engineering/electrical issue list with customer, internal and supplier.
8 Perform the engineering change activities on time as program required;
9 Serve as a liaison with customer design staff and suppliers, if placed in an off-site assignment.
10 Perform all duties in accordance with TS16949
11 Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedures, employee handbook and emloyee norm.
12 Get involved in WCM and ensure own working status always in a 5S manner
