职位描述：
1. Personal characteristics

Friendly, but self-confident.
Self-organized and can work under high workload.Easygoing and congenial, with a strong sense of responsibility and good team-spirit. Quickly learning things and willing to take the challenges.
Able to listen and willing to understand and accept new information.
Open mind, can handle new situation and report about it.
Good English in speaking and writing. German speaking will be a plus.
Loyal and discreet to the direct leader and to the company
To have a driver license and have practices in driving a car.


2. Duties and responsibilities
Translate Chinese/English and English/Chinese both in writing and speaking.
Assist CXO in managing strategic projects in a wide range of topics including sales/service, operation.
Organize management/projects meetings and taking meeting minutes, after meeting follow up and update each item action plan’s completion status.
Optimize CXO's work schedule, such as meetings and business travel arrangement.
Be responsible for CEO's daily work arrangement, translation and interpretation as well.
Check the CEO's incoming emails and report according to the urgency and importance; to reply to sender on behalf of CEO; to update the CEO's calendar newest(appointments, meetings, flights, etc) in order to remind and easy CEO’s daily affairs
Support CEO on administrative tasks
Booking and arrangement for GM’s trip
To arrange for incoming VIP’s to draft and update travel itinerary according to the communication with German Headquarter; to organize pick-up, car-use arrangement; to book hotel and domestic flights, to book meeting room/projector, to arrange lunch/dinner
To report all kinds of approval applications to CEO.
