Requirements ：
1.Having at least four years in the die maintenance department fitter's work experience, priority to the experience of large automobile stamping die tryout and spotting.
 2,familiar with stamping dies and tooling management and routine and preventive maintenance,
3,familiar with die manufacturing, can operate small machine tools and welding equipment.
4,Good execution and team spirit, have strong ability to learn.
5.Required to work extended hours and shift work or reasonable overtime work.
Responsibilities：
1.至少具有四年在模具维护部门钳工的工作的经历,具有大型汽车冲压模具调试/研配经验者优先,
2. 熟悉冲压模具及工装的日常性及预防性管理与维护，
3.熟悉模具制造，会小型机床和电焊机等设备的操作。
4.有良好的执行力和团队合作精神,具有较强的学习能力。
5能接受加班倒班的工作性质,适当的加班。
1.Responsible for the production line of die maintenance ,and troubleshoot the downtime issue,for example, cleaning,polishing, grinding, welding repair,cleaning the dropped coating .etc. to ensure the normal operation of production die production.
 2.Responsible for the acceptance of the new die assembly/ tryout, raise the reasonable suggestion or find out the solution.and do die spotting to improve the part quality or part's stability.
3.Good die maintenance records,reporting the use of spare parts, maintenance of reasonable suggestions for improvement. 5S in the workshop and machine maintenance.
4.Ensure that the repair process in accordance with the formal operation process operations, the risks involved in preventive maintenance.
5. Properly handle the waste generated during maintenance, are hazardous waste treatment in accordance with relevant legal procedures.
6.Accept the company and management of knowledge about the EHS training required to understand the terms specified in EHS
7.Strict compliance with company-related EHS manuals, procedures and operations of the book requirements, the implementation-related matters. 举报 分享
