This position performs a variety of electrical, mechanical maintenance with a good performance for a normal production.
负责日常生产性设备/工装维修维护，供应商协调，确保工厂设备设施的正常投入运行。
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS重要职责
1. Troubleshoots and repairs related electrical problem, ensure the equipment in safety status to operate
解决相关电气维修方面的问题，以确保设备安全稳定运行。
2. Conduct the electrical adjustment of equipment and support operators in line changeovers
负责设备电气方面的调整以支持生产变化。
3. Assists to finish job of rebuild equipment in electrical
负责生产设备电气方面的升级改造。
4. Provides training to mechanical technician and operators on electric operation and safety related knowledge.
为机械维修及生产操作人员提供电气维修、安全方面的培训。
5. Ensures the quality of jobs to improve product quality. Prevent and correct those actions that may affect quality
为提高生产质量服务，预防并修正可能影响质量的行为。
6. Actively involved in any kinds of teams
融入团队。
7. Conduct the TPM and preventative maintenance activity
负责设备TPM自主维护和预防性维护标准的编制、指导执行。
8. Completes work order with team on time
带领团队高效率完成任务。
9. Hold the capability to operate and adjust all the manufacturing equipment
制定合理的生产设备备件的控制方案。
Requirement 要求
1. Junior college student graduation or the equivalent education background
本科以上学历，机电一体化相关专业
2. At least 3year electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing industry with relevant and necessary diplomas certificated by government
3年以上汽车零部件行业电气维修维护经验，持有电工证,熟悉设备维护流程并需要符合TS16949规范要求.
3. For those whose education background is lower, over 10 years’ maintenance experience is necessary
若学历低于要求，须有10年以上维修经验
4. know well about Siemens PLC programming . AUTOCAD, able to read electrical and mechanical drawing.
熟悉西门子PLC200/300/smart/1200等的软件应用。 会使用AUTOCAD,能读懂电气及机械图纸。
5. Good English for read and speak .
良好的英语能力
6. Familiar with office
熟练的Office软件操作应用。
