- Reviewing the customers drawing and 3D data for ease of manufacturing, making suggestions for improvement.评估客户图纸和3D图，提出改善意见，使其更加符合生产要求。
- Preparation of Design for Manaufacturing Review presentation and review documentation.
准备DFM报告并评估相关文件及信息。
-Organising the Moldflow Analysis and Reviews of it for new tooling and enquiries.准备新模具或询价模具的模流分析。
-Preparing Feasibility studies of new component designs, review documentation, discussions with custmers and final agreements of new components design and 3D data details.
 准备新产品设计的可行性分析，评估所得信息，与客户商讨并得出产品设计和3D数据的最终设计细节。
-Liasing with customers regarding new component designs.与客户商讨产品设计。
- Prepare the new Tool Specification for initial quotations from potential suppliers.准备模具技术规范，发给潜在供应商提供初步报价。
-Organising the list of new Tool Quotations with suppliers.准备新模具报价列表。
-Assistance with selecting new tooling suppliers and preparing the New Tool Suppliers Matrix document.协助选择新的模具供应商并准备模具供应商矩阵信息文件。
-Assist with selection of tool makers for new production tooling.协助新项目模具供应商的选取。
-Preparing new tool orders for suppliers.申请新模采购。
-Reviewing the Concept Tool Designs and organising and documenting corrections with suppliers.评估模具设计，准备修模方案。
-Working with the Process Engineering Manager to approve new tool designs for manufacture.与工艺工程师合作审核批准新模设计可进行加工。
-Tracking the manufacture of new tooling at suppliers, with 2 weekly tracking reports with photograph and possible supplier visits.跟踪新模制造，并要求供应商提供每两周附图报告，必要时到现场确认。
-Preparing correction actions and documention for new tooling designs.准备新模设计变更履历
-Arranging new tool T1 trials on suitable machines either in-house or at suppliers using the correct materials.组织新模初次试模，在场内或在供应商处试模，并准备试模材料。
-Arranging and documenting Correction Loops when required for new tooling.组织修模并提供修模资料。
-Discussing and agreeing resulting action with tool makers and providing an agreed Correction Loop Action list.与供应商讨论并确认修模方案。

-Ensure that the Tool Specification and Purchase Order details and Timing Plan are adhered to by the tool maker.确保供应商完全根据模具规范，订单详情以及时间计划加工模具。
-Ensure that the tool maker provides all the information required for new tooling and Tool Manuals, Tool data, etc.确保供应商提供所有新模要求的信息，操作手册，模具信息等。
2. Assist with the preparation of appropriate tool Maintenance and Service proceedures for new tooling.
协助准备合理的模具保养规范。
3. Assist with the introduction of faster tool changing on key tooling then extending the process to other tooling.
协助引入快速换模，先在主要模具上试验，然后应用于其他模具。
4. Work together with production and quality department for analysis of any quality issues or improvement
requirements on the new injection moulding tools also production equipment if required.
与生产和质量部门合作，分析质量问题或改善要求，保证新的注塑模具满足生产要求。
5.Work together with engineering department and tool maker for any tool improvements or quality improvements
     required by customers.

5. Responsible for all documentations management which related to new tools.

6. Specifiying tool spares parts if manufactured with the new tool. Working with the Tool Room Manager regarding
         spare parts stock.

7. Assisting with the tool supplier assessment and monitoring their performance.
         协助进行供应商评估及供应商表现追踪。
8. Communication with tool suppliers regarding the new tool issues, improvement and supporting them for problem Solving 与供应商沟通新模问题点和需要改善的地方，协助供应商解决问题。
9. Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康体系涉及的问题

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1、More than 5 years’ experience in Component and Tool design and tool servicing (component production, features. 5年以上产品和模具设计以及模具维修保养经验
2、Knowledge in Plastics Technology , Tool Construction and tool development skills.具备塑胶行业知识，以及模具制造和模具开发能力。
3、Ability to economically evaluate tools and production processes.具备从经济角度评估模具和生产工艺的能力。
4、Comprehensive business, pricing and cost analysis knowledge.
具备商务，价格和成本分析等全面的知识。
5、Knowledge about production technology especially toolmaking
具备生产技术特别是模具制造知识。
6、Knowledge of statistical methods (distribution, control, process capability and measurement control).统计分析思维（任务分配，过程管控能力和测量管控能力）。
7、Skilled in precision measuring especially in the area of fine mechanics.熟练的精密机械测量能力。
8、Proven Project management skills for new injection moulding tooling.熟练的新模项目管理能力。
