职位描述：
REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Preferred Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical/engineering area;
2. Experience in multi-national company, more than 3 years experiences in quality function as quality engineers/supervisor, at least 1 years experiences in quality supervisor;
3. Experience with SGM and Ford quality requirements will be preferred
4. Experience with CMM measuring system and MIG welding inspection
5. Independent and good communication skill, team work player;
6. Understand the property of polymeric material and test method;
7. Experiences in TS16949 certified company;
8. Familiar with quality tools eg.SPC, Cpk, MSA…
9. Good management skills, good English skills.

Duties include, but not limited to, the following:

1. Develop, update the quality of engineering documents, including incoming inspection, production process inspection, and shipment inspection
2. Handling customer complaints, develop 8D-report, and the implementation of improvement measures analyzed
3. Communication of audit results and corrective actions to the concerned plants
4. Coordination of improvements of processes including reduction of quality issues at supplier;
5. Support of the FNG plant in case of escalated supplier quality issues
6. Manage and maintain the lab
