职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1．Responsible for controlling subcontracted parts about the delivery time and quality !
负责管控模具镶件外发的交期，质量确认！
2．From Technical site to analyze and support supplier on site avoid the problem happen during the manufacturing phase ! 技术支援供应商，针对在加工过程中有可能出现的问题作分析！
3．Work with Tool Engineer and Supervisor about something wrong in the part making by supplier . 协同模具工程师和主管处理外发镶件出现的问题。
4．The Purchase requisitions for Spare parts, Outside contractor services, etc create in SAP system 建立采购清单在SAP 系统！
5．Work with Tool designer for replacement of consumable mould tool parts and bought-in spares and responsible for maintaining a stock of Consumables in the tool shop against a Minimum/Maximum stock list全面负责易损品的，并让设计协助完善（图纸的发放，更新）
6．Assisting with the tool supplier assessment and monitoring their performance.参与模具配件或模具供应商的审核。
7．Communication with tool suppliers regarding the parts issues improvement and support them for problem solving
8．Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规。
9．Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. More than 5 years’ experience in tool making (component production, features, processing) 5年以上的模具制造及服务经
2. Knowledge in the process of making parts (especially Wire-cut ,EDM,HSC processes,...) 具备模具镶件制作技术经验，并熟悉机床的特性：火花机，线割，加工中心）
3. Ability to economically evaluate parts能合理有效的地评估模具镶件制作工艺
4. Skilled in communication to supplier of how to make the parts .技巧性的与厂商沟通加工制程
5. Skilled in precision measuring especially in the area of fine tolerance精于精密测量特别是在精密机械领域
6. Proven Project management skills 具备项目管理技能
7. Chinese fluent流利的中文
