职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
-Test Planning and coordination: 测试计划和协调
Develop the valiation test plan according to proper Test standards and / or adapt to specific customer requirements if necessary. Which includes the validation of mechanical, electrical, software, and other engineering specifications and requirements Support the project management for effective schedule planning, Coordinate the testing needs (hardware or software)and outsourcing the external lab if need . 根据相关的测试标准或客户的测试要求,制定零件和产品的相关验证测试大纲, 包括机械,电子, 软件及其他工程规格和要求的验证.根据项目节点安排好有效的测试计划, 如果需要协调测试所需的装备, 或根据需要协调第三方实验室.

-Test implementation and supervising: 测试执行和监督
Develop related test instructions according to ISO, IEC or customer standards. Make the management for related testing devices to ensure its effectiveness which including maintenance and calibration. Implement the detailed tests according to detailed test requirements. Track the test status and make the regular report for its progress. 根据国标,电工技术或客户要求制定相应的测试指导书, 对测试设备进行维护和校验的管理, 根据测试要求执行测试, 状态跟踪和定期汇报.

-Test report consolidation: 报告整合
Make the test report summary per customer required template. Make the review for external lab supporting test results and reports. Take the key window with customer and HQ for testing result evaluation and analysis.
根据客户要求整合报告, 或对第三方提供的报告进行评估.并作为主要的窗口跟客户和总部进行测试结果的评估和讨论.

- - Take the responsibility for Failure Analysis during design and mass production stage related to electronic performance 负责开发与量产阶段产品电气性能的失效分析
- Work with HQ for local test lab and test ability development and improvement, not only for existing part but also for under-design part supporting. 跟总部一起合作建立和完善国内的测试实验室和测试能力, 不仅可以辅助在制的量产产品, 也可以辅助新研发的产品.

- Key communication window for all project related validation test discussion with customer, HQ and external lab. 作为主要的沟通窗口就项目相关的测试与客户, 总部和第三方实验室进行交流.


Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
->Bachelor's degree in Electrical, or equivalent engineering with focus on automotive industry 本科学历, 电子专业, 或专注于汽车工业的其他工程类专业
-> Min. 3 years work experience for the test validation. Prefer to working in the automotive industry for sensor parts.至少三年测试验证经验. 最好有在汽车行业工作的经验.
->Familiar with sensor or electronics related functional or reliability test standards, such as thermal shock, mechanical shock, climate testing, prefer who know a little bit for OEM customers of VW, GM and so on.熟悉传感器或电子产品相关的功能和可靠性测试标准, 如热冲击, 机械冲击, 气候模拟等, 最好对大众,通用等整机厂的测试标准有所熟悉.
->Good communication skills and ability to interact with engineering teams 很好的沟通技巧,有能力跟工程技术团队做交流.
->High level of self-organization and work planning, strong ability for problem analysis and resolving. 很好的个人管理和工作安排能力, 很强的问题分析和解决能力
