职位描述：
1、协助总经理处理外部公共关系，起草和整理合同、文档等；
2、落实总经理所有行程，做好日程安排、工作提醒等工作；
3、负责公司例会通知，各部门工作报表的统计，会议通知及会议记录；
4、负责总经理各种来往文件的核稿、颁布和下达工作；
5、及时准确的处理临时事伯，保证总经理的工作效率；
6、负责总经理办公室的公文写作及文件管理，确保材料信息准确无误；
7、完成其他总经理交给的事务性工作。
