1) Engineering background with bachelor or above工程背景专业学士学位或以上
2) 3 years or above related experience in the automotive OEM industry preferred.具3年或以上汽车OEM厂相关经验者优先

1) Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills具有优秀的交流和组织技能

工作职责：

1. Continuous improve the supplier quality assurance system.持续提高供应商质量保证体系
2. Evaluate new supplier through CFT visits and identify opportunity for quality improvement/cost savings through risk analysis approach.
通过CFT的审核评估新供应商并通过风险评估确定质量改进与成本节约点
3. Take the leadership to build CFT towards improve supplier performance.主导建立CFT团队来改进供应商的绩效
4. Work with respective program CFT and supplier towards Flawless Launch.（APQP)Monitor supplier APQP progress and make sure
open issue been closed before PPAP. 与各个项目CFT及供应商一起合作以达到顺利量产，确保PPAP 之前关闭所有开口项。
5. Supplier performance monitoring and resolve chronic quality problem and /or negative trends identified through supplier rating system.
监控供应商绩效，解决疑难问题或通过供应商打分定义的下降趋势的项目做改进
"6. Monthly supplier performance data completion and send out to supplier for review and acknowledge.
完成每月的供应商绩效打分并发给供应商知道和评审"
"7. Based supplier performance review meeting (quarterly basis) to work out development plan.
根据供应商继续评审会议(每季)定义出改进计划"
8. Attend regular supplier quality meeting and annual process audit.参加正规的供应商质量会议和年度过程审核
9. Supplier open issue follow up and verification (PDCA).供应商开口问题追踪和验证(PDCA)
10. Orgnize supplier 8D presentation and track it to close.组织供应商做8D报告并追踪直到关闭
11. Supplier quality (PPM) continuous improvement.供应商质量持续改进
12. Confirm CAR based on supplier plant at PPAP and required period.在PPAP 和要求的阶段在供应商现场确认CAR。
13. Follow up with supplier for advance quality issue until close. 跟踪供应商改善前期质量问题直至关闭。
"14. Adhere all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedure and employee handbook and the employee norms.
遵守公司现有的所有书面程序及员工手册及宪章所要求的政策和程序要求"
