职位描述：
1. Establish, maintain and continuous improve the supplier quality assurance system.
2. Evaluate new supplier through CFT visits and identify opportunity for quality improvement/cost savings through risk analysis approach.
3. Take the leadership to build CFT towards improve supplier performance.
4. Esttablish supplier APQO to achieve Flawless Launch.（APQP)Monitor supplier APQP progress based on GA project timing and make sure open issue been closed before PPAP.
5. To assure potential Supplier quality system meet with GA expectation when auditing and evaluating the new suppliers;
6. To attend the kick off meeting with the supplier for the new project and explain the APQP/PPAP requirment to the suppliers;
7. To do the process audit & R@R audit on supplier's site to assure the process is stable;
8. To monitor and check supplier APQP Key milestones timely to meet traget defined;
9. To sign the PSW to supplier and monitor supplier quality performance till SOP plues 3 Months ,and transfer to Plant SQE;
10. To follow up supplier quality issues till closure;
11.Get involved in SP and ensure own working status always in a 5S manner.
12.Orgnize supplier to do continues improvement on product quality, system, cost，ect.
