职位描述
岗位职责：
1、全面负责质量工作，包括质量规划、体系建立和监督。
2、依据公司发展规划，制订品质管理系统，提高公司制程能力，降低生产成本。
3、实验室及品管仪器管理，客户投诉，执行产品质量验证，提升产品竞争力，确保质量体系有效运行
任职资格：
1. 学历要求：大专以上学历，管理类或机械电子类专业。
2. 工作经验：从事3年以上大型企业品管经理职务，对品质管理体系十分熟悉，对五金或注塑行业制造工艺非常了解。
3、行业资格：持有ISO/TS内审员证书
技能要求：
A.非常熟悉 ISO/TS等国际标准，能依据公司规划主导建立相应品质管理系统，提高公司管理能力；
B.熟悉冲压，注塑行业生产制造工艺及检验标准，有丰富的品管经验；
C.对生产现状进行诊断，运用各项品管技术提高生产制造能力，降低生产成本。
D.对现代企业行政管理模块、流程、管理手段和模式有较深入的认识；；
E.具良好的分析、判断、应变能力,人际沟通、协调能力佳，富有责任感。
F.较强的英语听、说、写能力；
