Quality engineer

职位描述：

Responsibility:

– Attend the TS16949 quality system set up,review and maintain the documents as necessary

– Complete and update the control plan

– Setup and update the inprocess inspection and final audit standard

– Daily non-conforming products statistic and analysis

– Organize monthly quality meeting,analysis quality issue,establisy and follow up the correction plan.

Collect the basic data,and use the SPC to analysis the process

– Customer complain analysis,establish and follow up the correction plan

– Advance parts quality plan

– Perform the capability studies on new jobs and other situations as needed.

– Completes any gage R&R studies as may required for new job and/or internal needs.

– Setup and update the product audit plan

– May coach and supervise technicians or inspectors.

– Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager

Qualification:

– Bachelor Degree majored in Mechanics.

– Minimum 3 years professional experience in Quality function.Automotive industry ir preferred.

– Good experience on Quality System and ISO/TS16949 certification,familiar with TS 5 Tools.

– Fluent English and communication skills.
