· Personnel responsibilities

·

· 1. Optimal arrangement of working time, fulfill the tasks according to Edscha

· process;

· 2. Responsible for the presence and inform direct Supervisor of vacation plan

· in advance;

· 3.To ensure discipline, order and cleanness in working area;

· 4. Responsible to comply with EAT Staff Manual and other relative regulation;

· Functional responsibilities

· 1. Understand and interpret the Local/Regional Legal Standards applicable in the perimeter of Edscha as well as the Group H&S Standards (translated into Gestamp H&S Indicator)

· 2. Insure compliance with legal requirements in term of H&S

· Support, monitor and report implementation of all requirements of Gestamp H&S indicators (GHSI) across China entities.

· 3. Implement required H&S standard operating procedures

· 4. Prepare and perform training courses for employees (safety, environmental, security, health)

· 5. Work on manufacturing engineer on safety and ergonomic risk assessment for manufacturing equipment

· 6. Insure safety standards of Gestamp Group for each machine will be complied

· 7. Planning and conducting of drills of evacuations, first aids, rescue, firefighting

· 8. Solve problems related to incidents, accidents, health, fire, security and environmental

· 9. Implement weekly & monthly reporting of near missed cased, incidents, accidents etc.

· 10. Implement best practice sharing for H&S across the plants

· 11. Implement Gestamp Hygienic Guide conditions together with managerial staff

· 12. LOTO assessment and implementation

· 13. Work closely with quality and other departments and support for preparation of ISO14001, TS16949 and other audits

· Qualification

· 1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

· 2. 10+ years of related experience;

· 3. Familiar with National and International Codes & Standards;

· 4. Familiar with ISO TS 16949 and ISO TS 140001;

· 5. Mandatory languages are native Chinese as very good verbal and writing skills of English language. German or Spanish languages are additional benefit;

· 6. Experience in manufacturing company, T1 automotive supplier is preferred.
