熟悉各种机械传输装置，如皮带、齿轮、连杆机构，精通组装和拆卸机器上的复杂机械部件
在维修主管的指导下，修订、完善公司设备管理制度，督促各厂执行，并跟进、检查执行情况，确保设备管理制度执行到位
负责公司基础设施及生产设备管理维护，制定预防性维护保养计划及设备管理相关文件做好设备维修件备品备件管理。配合厂家设备维修员完成较复杂的设备故障维修工作。针对设备使用过程中出现的问题进行技术上改善
在维修主管的领导下，组织对各厂设备进行检查、评审、考核工作，并对设备疑难问题提供技术支持，保证各生产设备能得到正常维护、保养，无带病运行的情况出现。保证公司生产设备关键KPI考核指标达标
任职要求：
（1）专科及以上学历，机械类专业，熟悉机械制造或化工设备相关知识。
（2）掌握设备管理和维修，具备机械自动化、CAD绘图能力，具有对疑难问题分析判断、解决能力。
（3）三年以上设备管理相关岗位工作经验。
