Objective of the Position
? Set up the ETTA JIS Plant Quality organization, including the team and working procedures
? Quality control on all directly responsible on all of quality issues to supervise & monitor the PPAP process and regular daily production
? Set up the continuous improvement culture & activities in ETTA Plant
? Fully implement JE China Quality System in the advanced quality planning and quality assurance system, and quality controlling system in engineering development, manufacturing, puchasing & delivery, and the system or working procedures of customer satisfaction
? Under JE-China supervise, to set up the Quality system in ETTA Plant, ensuring the certification of TS16949
Accountabilities
The position incumbent ensures, that
? Work with EETS core team in CMA or other new project and to successfully launch finished products within project schedule
? Responsible for CP, inspection WI and others quality document preparation;
? Together With JE China Quality Organization in Quality System & Customer audit , lead the standardization of the quality processes and procedures
? Responsible for quality control during the sample build, OTS, trail run (IPT/ MPT/ EMPT) as well as customer PPAP processes and regular daily production
? Work closely with Customer SQE during the PPAP process as well as customer audits
? Responsible for jigs & fixture review & Gage R&R study with Engineering
? Assures the all of specifications, functionality, dimensions, quality aspects of the parts that produced at ETTA are met global J.E standards as well as Customers requirements
? Make sure all of quality goals are met during throughout the entire production process
? Make sure the IPT/ MPT/EMPT milestones are followed during the new project development duration, facilitate PPAP communication with EETS cross-functional team, get proper quality documentation and adherence to customer specific standards
? Manage customers new project PPAP on time, meeting key project milestones, highlight foresee risks and escalate key roadblocks
? Lead rapid problem solving methodology and corrective action implementation with suppliers quality issues
? Interact with cross-functional team to resolve product & process problems on-site. Drive root cause analysis, containment and corrective actions
? Process Capability Study & Measurement for critical characteristics
? Monitor internal PPM performance and deploy improvement plans accordingly
? Apply a variety of tools (LQPS/ QPS/8D) and techniques to continuously improve product quality and process capability
? Quality training

Requirement Profile
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
? Bachelor degree or college degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent major
? A minimum of 5 years of Quality related experience in a multinational corporation with manufacturing of automotive components
? Good strategic skills as well as an awareness of the importance of constantly monitoring quality related metrics & tools
? Team management experience, with multisites management experience will be an advantage
? Welding experience considered a plus

Technical Expertise:
? Solid experience in conducting management & solutions in TS16949 system, skilled in using tools like FMEA, Control Plan, 8D,6Sigma and so on
? Skilled in cooperating and communicating in matrix organization
