1. Receive booking information from Customers , forward to agent to book space from airlines / shipping line.

2. Feed back the schedule to customers.

3. Trace the status of the shipment (when the cargo picked up from customers'warehouse-- transported to

agent 's warehouse--customs declaration finished-- handed over to airlines--flight departed(off-loaded or not)--

arrived at the destination-- transported to consignee's warehouse) , update tracing report to customers timely.

4. Send relevant document to customers ( MAWB, HAWB , cargo manifest etc )

5. Handle the emergency in the process .

6. Assist finance to check the billing , issue invoice to customers.

7. Work over 5 years.
