Objective of the Position
? EETS APQP process monitoring & supervision.
? Customers project PPAP supervision & monitor
? Review PPAP approval with core team of EETS
? Drive corrective action on all directly responsible on all of quality issues during the APQP process
Accountabilities
The position incumbent ensures, that
?Set the initial program quality objectives (scrap, rework, warranty, specific customer quality indicators) and ensure their achievement
?Support the program manager to prepare gate reviews, functional milestones
?Assess the relevant risks and trigger alert to the appropriate management level if necessary
?Leads the relation with Program Quality at the customer
?Has the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious nonconformance (customer expectations or safety and regulations issues…)
?Initiate and lead Quick Problem Solving (8D) in case of internal and customer complaints / failures in the program phase
?Manages deviations in the program phase
?Verifies the Design Validation Plan according to the program milestones
?Responsible for the creation of the control plan for prototype-, pre series- and series phases
?Assuring conformity, perceived quality and traceability of any parts delivered to the customer all along the development phase
?Actively contributes to continuous improvement process in program and capitalization Requirement Profile
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
? Min 6 years working experience in quality management/development, preferable in automotive industry.
? Work with PE and ME colleagues in improving component / assembly robustness.
? Direct responsibility to EETS process problems to assess the issue, begin the containment and corrective measures, and document the actions that need to take place.
? Solid knowledge in multiple process and good technical background ( i.e Turning, Stamping, Die Casting, Grinding )
? Experience for APQP and PPAP program ( SPC, MSA, FMEA. Control plan ) and Quality tools application and practice .
? Experience in exhaust products is a plus
? Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferably a technical/engineering degree with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of automotive experience and/or training
? Broad experience with numerous commodities and processes such as Welding, Die Casting, Stamping. CNC Machining. Six Sigma Certification is a plus. Strong experience with AIAG’s PPAP approval process.
? Other duties may also be assigned as required.
Technical Expertise:
? This position is often required to lead team from PE,ME and SQE, etc. Supervise and/or mentor team members in APQP following, process development and problem solving techniques as required.

? Strong personality with ability to back opinions based on technical / financial facts. This includes the ability to provide factual based arguments to opinions from others.
