Required skills:
Associate in welding, Mechanical Engineering, Material or related majors;
焊接专业，机械专业，材料专业等相关专业，大专以上学历；
3 years similar experience in similar position;
在类似焊接职位上有3年工作经验；
Good experience of MAG and can use these different welding methods for different material , family with FANUC robot system is better ；
具有优秀的MAG（熔化极活性气体保护焊）焊接方法经验,能够针对不同材料使用不同焊接方法 , 熟悉FANUC焊接系统更佳；
Able to use PC software, like Office, AutoCAD is essential ;
能够熟练使用Office办公软件,AUTOCAD设计软件；
Basic written and spoken English preferred .
有一定的英语交流能力为佳。
Experience of laser welding is better.
有激光焊经验尤佳。

Main tasks:
?Check and audit the drawings to avoid problems.
检查及评审图纸避免问题发生；
Check and audit welding supplier in coordination with sourcing engineers ；
配合采购工程师检查和审核日常焊接供应商；
?Able to solve actual problems where found on site.
能够在车间现场解决实际的焊接问题；
?Able to analyze and solve welding quality issues.
能够分析焊接质量问题，并能够解决；
Able to design applicable welding fixtures to assure good welding quality.
能够设计合适的焊接工装来保证焊接质量；
?Monitor welder’s operations to make sure strictly in accordance with WPS standard and keep welding record in time.
现场监督焊工的操作，并确保能够严格按照WPS及作业指导书操作并做好记录
Filling in the necessary monthly sheets and reporting to the direct superior;
完成必需的月报表并向上级汇报;
?Any other tasks that are given by his/her direct superior.
直接上级安排的其他工作任务。
?Preparing and updating the work instructions.
准备和更新工艺文件。
?Improving the welding processes for better quality and higher output if needed.
根据质量要求优化焊接工艺。
