Required skills :
Have certificate of High middle school or techniques school or above; have 2 years experience in quality area; can read the engineering drawing; skillful handle in measure, ex; caliper/micrometer/high gage/force gage etc; skillful handle in QC 7 method; studying command.
高中或职业中专以上,有2年质量方面的工作经验,能看懂和画图纸,熟悉QC七大手法,有钻研精神.

Main tasks:
Involved in products and components inspection instructions;
参与产品和部件的检验说明;
Performance the quality inspection/testing according to inspection instruction/ control plan/ test instruction;
根据检验说明/监控计划/测试说明,进行质量检验和测试;
Collect the nonconformance material daily and put into scrap area after confirmation and put into database system;
整理和确认每天不合格产品并在输入系统后放在废料区域;
Monitoring the production process according the APA/BMA/PMA during the production;
在生产线上, 根据APA/BMW/PMA监督生产工艺;
Randomly sampling during the production according to OTP and record;
在生产线上,根据OPT和记录,随机抽查;
Check and control the status of measurement gages;
核对 和监督测量数据;
Report the quality issue during the production to quality engineer in time;
在生产期间及时向质量工程师报告质量情况;
Identification the material with the properly label;
确保产品的标签准确无误;
Help monitoring the performance of the corrective and preventive action taken ;
帮助跟踪纠正和预防措施;
Any other tasks that are given by his/her direct superior.
