Job Description
-Implement quality system in the company， define audit plan，follow up system operation properly.
在公司内部建立质量系统，制定稽核计划，推动体系正常运作
-Develop Quality System Procedure and work instruction as needed
建立质量系统流程和工作指导书
-in charge of intenal &external audit(ISO certificate/Customer certificate)
负责组织协调内部和外部审核(ISO认证,客户认证…)
-drive Continues Improvement
推动制程持续改善
-In Charge of NPI process quality issue and documentation.
负责新产品开发导入。
-Cordinate team to resolve any qualtiy complains and response to internal & external in 8D report.
整合公司团队解决内部外部的质量投诉，回复客户8D报告。

Qualification
-have Experience in PCBA industry.

有PCBA电子组装工作经验厂
-Familiar with ISO9001，ISO14001 standard
熟悉ISO9001，ISO14001 质量标准

-Familiar with quality tools. FMEA,MSA,SPC….
熟练掌握质量工具使用。柏拉图，FMEA，MSA，SPC…..
-Project management experience
项目管理经验
-Knowledge in 6 sigma is prefered
有6sigma经验优先考虑
-team work and proactive
