职位描述

1. 支持波峰焊机和保形涂层工艺的设置和更换。

2. PTH的波峰焊机和所有PTH的生产工具（包括保形涂层）为每日，每周，每月和无维修责任。

3. 负责管理/更新所有维修生产线的相关技术文档。

4. 质量/生产问题，工程经理和PTH主管升级。

要求：

1. 中级教育证书

2. 作为PTH的技术员以往的经验，至少3年电子公司（跨国公司的首选，但不是强制性）的ISO9000/ISO14000批准环境。

3. PTH的过程中成熟的知识，从技术角度来看，是强制性的。

4. 波峰焊机的知识和相关的个人资料决心（导致自由包括）是强制性的。

5. 良好的英语口语和书面知识是首选，但不是强制性的。

6. IPC标准的知识，公共服务电子化的概念。

JD:
- Support PTH line set-up and changeovers for solder wave machines and conformal coating process.

- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly and reactive maintenance of PTHsolder wave machines and all PTH production tools (conformal coating included).

- Responsible to manage/update all maintenance related technical documents in production line.

- Escalate quality/production issues to Engineering manager and PTH supervisor.

- Intermediate educational certificate

- Previous experience as PTHtechnician for at least 3 years in electronic company (multinational preferred but not mandatory) in an ISO 9000/ISO14000 approved environment.

- Proven knowledge of PTH process from a technical point of view is mandatory.

- Knowledge of solder wave machines and related profile determination (lead free included) is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of spoken and written Englishis preferred but not mandatory.

- Knowledge of IPC standards; ESD concepts.

3. Proven knowledge of SMT process from a technical point of view is mandatory.
4. Knowledge of DEK machines, Yamaha and Fuji p&p machines, Vitronics ovens is mandatory.
5. Knowledge of AOI machine is preferred but not mandatory.
6. Good knowledge of spoken and written Englishis preferred but not mandatory.
7. Knowledge of IPC standards; ESD concepts.
