职位描述：

- Responsible to analyze PTH process from material preforming phase to FCT.

- Determine process KPIs (i.e. productivity, machine efficiency, set up time,…) together with Engineering Manager and monitor them.

- Identify critical input variables in PTH process and put in place a control system for them in order to ensure the quality of finished goods is in accordance with customer requirements.

- Work with technicians in order to correctly set PTH process parameters for new products (i.e. solder wave profile)

- Responsible to reduce set up times and change overs in production line.

- Ensure that all related documents and tools for current and new productions are correctly maintained and available.

- Work with external suppliers for the creation of production tools and follow up correct introduction in production area.

Work with Quality dept in order to put in place corrective actions coming from internal audit and/or customer complaints.

要求：

- Basic educational certificate

- Previous experience in ISO9000 approved electronic company as PTH process Engineer is mandatory.

- Proven knowledge of all PTH process from the technical point of view: from component preforming phase to solder wave process (knowledge of conformal coating process is considered a plus).

- Knowledge of IPC standards is considered mandatory; ESD conceptsare considered mandatory.

- Knowledge of six sigma concepts (FMEA, VSM, process charts,…) and lean manufacturing approach is considered a plus.

JD:
1. Intermediate educational certificate
2. Previous experience as SMT technician for at least 3 years in electronic company (multinational preferred but not mandatory) in an ISO 9000/ISO14000 approved environment.
3. Proven knowledge of SMT process from a technical point of view is mandatory.
4. Knowledge of DEK machines, Yamaha and Fuji p&p machines, Vitronics ovens is mandatory.
5. Knowledge of AOI machine is preferred but not mandatory.
6. Good knowledge of spoken and written Englishis preferred but not mandatory.
7. Knowledge of IPC standards; ESD concepts.
