职位描述：
Main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Perform quality check on the products supplied by external and internal suppliers.
2. Identify technical and quality levels of Chinese suppliers who supply the products to the company. Coordinate Chinese suppliers and other MUs of Sulzer on products’ technical and quality issues.
3. Work closely with Technical department and quality department, clarify with suppliers for technical and quality requirement.
4. Help and witness product/mock-up fabrication and development in suppliers’ plants. Implement suppliers’ quality improvement initiatives to ensure final quality meet with Sulzer requirement.
5. Perform detailed analysis of product nonconformance including root cause analysis, define corrective actions together with the suppliers.
6. Provide training to suppliers to help them in continuous quality improvement.
7. Compile quality check reports on suppliers quality issues and keep tracking of quality improvement activities.
8. Personal compliance with “Code of Conduct”, Global policy for purchasing and supplier relations.
9. Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, technical back ground , at least 5 years quality control and management experience.
2. Strong hands-on capability on quality inspection.
3. Be familiar with various quality inspection tools and equipment.
4. Good ability on problem finding, analyses and solving, can work in pressure, logical thinking and strong analytical capability.
5. Be able to travel frequently up to 80%.
6. Good communication skills, good English in writing, speaking and reading.
7. Good at MS office, especially Excel.
8. Good sense of responsibility and working attitude , good teamwork spirit.
